EverleafPrivacy Policy
Everleaf is a scrapbook app. We try to collect as little as possible. This page explains what the app and this website do with your information.
What we collect
- Account details. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique account identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address (which may be Apple's private relay address). We store this to keep you signed in, along with an optional display name you can set.
- Your stamps and photos. You take photos with your camera to make stamps. These are saved on your device and in your own private iCloud account. We don't receive or store your photos or stamps on our servers.
- Anonymous usage and diagnostics data. We collect analytics about how the app is used (for example, which screens are opened and which features are used) and crash and error reports (such as device model, iOS version, app version and technical details of the error). This data is anonymous: we do not link it to your account, name or email address, and it does not include the contents of your photos or stamps.
We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.
Camera
Everleaf asks for camera access only so you can photograph the scraps you turn into stamps. Photos are not uploaded to us. You can turn camera access off at any time in iOS Settings. Everleaf does not read your photo library.
iCloud
If iCloud is enabled, your stamps sync through Apple's iCloud so they appear on your devices. That data is handled by Apple under your Apple account and Apple's privacy policy, and we can't read it.
Who processes data for us
- Apple provides Sign in with Apple and iCloud.
- Supabase hosts our authentication and account database.
- Firebase (Google) provides product analytics.
- PostHog provides product analytics.
- Sentry provides crash and error reporting.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may process standard request logs (such as IP address) to deliver and protect it.
How long we keep it
These providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye, including in the European Union and the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We keep your account details while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your account and profile data. Data in your iCloud stays under your control and can be deleted from your device or iCloud settings.
Who is responsible
Everleaf is operated from Türkiye. For the purposes of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is the Everleaf developer, reachable at support@helloeverleaf.app.
Your choices and rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you can ask whether we process your data, request information about it, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Depending on where you live you may have similar rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Email us to use any of these rights; you may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local authority.
Children
Everleaf is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above. If the changes are significant we'll tell you in the app.
