Everleaf

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Everleaf (“we”, “us”) for your use of the Everleaf iPhone app and this website. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Apple ID secure. You must be old enough to use Sign in with Apple in your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Your content

The photos, stamps and journal pages you make are yours. We don't claim ownership of them. Your stamps are stored in your own iCloud account, and you give us only the permission needed to run the app on your behalf, such as processing a photo on your device to make a stamp.

You promise that you have the right to photograph and use what you put in the app, and that your content doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights. Please don't photograph people without their consent or use the app for anything harmful or unlawful.

Acceptable use

Our app

The app's name, icon, design and code belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your Apple devices, subject to these terms and Apple's Media Services Terms.

Availability and changes

Everleaf is still being built. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; when we do, we'll change the date above, and continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.

Ending your account

You can stop using Everleaf at any time and can ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is” without promises that it will be error-free or always available. Because your stamps live in iCloud and on your device, please keep your own backups of anything precious. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of content, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be handled by the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have to go to the courts or consumer arbitration committees of the place where you live.
